Headley Bowling Club

Welcome to the beginning of a new season at Headley Bowling Club.

Preparations for the Three Counties League games and our Friendly Matches are completed and our internal competitions are soon to be announced. There is still time to enter competitions and I would encourage all members, whatever their standard, to enter them. There is no better way to improve your bowling skills than by practising and competing with others. Also now is the ideal time for all members to reach out and enlist friends, family etc. to join the club. As time goes on we hope to increase playing time and social events for all members so we can all have fun on and off the green. If anyone is interested in "trying out" to see if they might like to learn or play bowls, just remember to bring along soft, flat soled shoes or trainers to wear on the green and we will do the rest. 19th April is our day for officially opening the green and 4th May is an Open Day which coincides with the official opening of the refurbished pavilion. We hope to see as many as possible turn up to start our year off with a bang.
